It provides up to date fund values and allows you to change your contribution level and investment choices.

You can also review your contact details and use the Retirement Illustrator tool to estimate your retirement benefits.

Registering for OneView?

If you are accessing OneView for the first time, please follow these instructions to register your account.

Before you start you will need the default user ID provided within your Mercer OneView welcome letter. If you have not received your welcome letter, please contact them at the following website, OneView help & contacts. Or call the following number, 0345 600 0229.

Step 1

Start by selecting the ‘Register’ link which you can access from the login page.
On the next page, enter the default user ID from your welcome letter and answer the additional security questions.

Step 2

Once you have read the Terms of Use select “Accept”. You will be asked again to “Accept” that you have read the Terms of Use. If at any time you do not wish to accept these Terms, you should not use Mercer OneView.

Step 3

Next you will be asked to provide contact details in the event you forget your login details.
In addition, you will need to enrol for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). MFA combines your user ID and passcode with an additional security factor – a temporary numeric code sent to you – to confirm your identity and keep your information secure.

Step 4

Finally:

Provide a personal greeting.
Create your personal user ID and passcode details. It is very important that you keep your user ID and passcode secret.

Go to Forgot my user ID.
Enter the details required on-screen.
If the details match with the information that we hold for you then you will receive an email within the next 60 minutes.
The email will confirm the steps required for you to access your account

Forgotten passcodes

Go to Forgot my passcode.
Enter the details required on-screen.
If the details match with the information that we hold for you then you will receive an email within the next 60 minutes. The email will include a link that will enable you to reset your passcode online.
Select the link and follow the online instructions to create your passcode.
You will be returned to the login page where you will need to re-enter your login details before you can access the site.
