Job Description

The Stylist Group has seen rapid digital growth over the last two years, transforming it into a successful digital first business. We are looking for a passionate, driven, and organised self-starter to join the team. Working as part of Stylist’s wider commercial department, reporting into the Senior Digital Account Director, the Digital Account Manager will service assigned media agencies and close deals for Digital and Cross-Platform activity.

From selling digital display, content campaigns, and building strategies to managing relationships and the retention of advertisers through exceptional client service – you will be responsible for driving revenue and launching first-class digital campaigns for commercial clients across Stylist’s diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue into via digital display (direct and programmatic) and content solutions
  • Deliver agreed revenue targets in line with the budget
  • Establish first-class relationships with decision makers throughout the strategy, planning, buying and performance teams at assigned agencies
  • Understanding of trading agreements – holding the line with digital yield
  • Showcase opportunities for ad formats, existing and new
  • Monitor competitive advantage and advertising industry trends to always ensure innovation
  • Work closely with The Stylist Group’s creative teams to adopt a creative approach to sales pitches
  • Follow and adhere to agreed departmental process and procedures
  • Reporting on strategy plans per agency, plus weekly forecasting, and ad hoc business reports where necessary

Other responsibilities:

  • Attend relevant business functions where necessary
  • Ensure own travelling and entertainment expenses are kept within agreed budgets
  • Maintain a positive team player attitude
  • Act as an ambassador for the company

About you:

  • Knowledge of Digital Advertising / Digital Media
  • Demonstrable relative experience within a media environment with a passion for digital
  • A team player with a strong interest in sales and generating revenue
  • Commercial acumen, an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach to business
  • Personable with strong communication skills and ability to forge strong networks and relationships
  • Proactive and full of enthusiasm – we’re looking for a real self-starter who is results driven
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with an outstanding attention to detail
  • The ability to work effectively to deadlines
  • Ability to use Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
