Senior Branding & Ecommerce Graphic Designer
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Operations, this role focuses on delivery of creative content in support of Enterprise marketing initiatives, developing the DC Thomson Shop brand, maintaining creative standards across the department, leading the development of design and UX (user experience) for Enterprise websites, develop new product designs and collaborate with other teams across the business on commercial projects.
The role requires the scheduling and management of multiple, complex marketing, design, communications and branding requirements in support of the Enterprise marketing strategy.
While mentoring and developing a junior designer, and delivering the Enterprise department’s creative requirements, this role should also be available to support DC Thomson Media’s internal digital agency’s marketing & branding projects, advertising services and ecommerce initiatives for external clients.
The successful applicant will have a design qualification, a strong skill-set and familiarity with the Adobe suite of applications (in particular InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator and preferably Premier & After Effects), exposure to the Microsoft Office suite of applications and experience in a relevant design role featuring management of multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines, and for multiple stakeholders, as well as excellent literacy & numeracy.
