Win £1000 to spend in Homebase
 THERE’S been some lovely weather recently and, fingers crossed, it’s just going to get better and better.
That’s great news for almost everyone, not least for gardeners — and here’s some even better news.
In this week’s competition you could win £1000 in Homebase vouchers.
They’re just the thing if you want to get your garden shipshape — and ideal, too, if you really want to get stuck into a spot of DIY.
Perfect lawn
If you win, you could use some of the vouchers to restock your garden with a host of colourful shrubs and bushes, or even strips of turf to give you a perfect lawn.
Or perhaps you’ll decide to splash out on a brand-new garden shed or greenhouse — or a playhouse and maybe even a trampoline for the younger ones.
Alternatively, why not treat yourself to a lawnmower and some other power tools, such as a hedge-cutter, strimmer or shredder? Or buy some new decking or build a patio.
Of course, you might decide you’d rather use the vouchers to help buy something like a new shower, perhaps, or some new kitchen units.
Whatever you decide to buy, it’s up to you.
