Great day at 
Gig on the Green       

CHAS HQ recently received a plea from a single mum in the Glasgow area. Her son is a regular visitor to Rachel House and a big music fan. He’d read about the Gig on the Green festival in Glasgow next weekend, with bands like Prodigy, Pulp, Jane’s Addiction and The Vines among 70 acts from all over the world. It would make her son’s year if he could go — but there was no way she could afford tickets.  CHAS asked if we could help, we spoke to the nice people at Gig on the Green and the whole family now have tickets for Saturday and Sunday. And we’re all glad to have played our part in making one boy very happy.
