Bowmore
is in its seventh year sponsoring the trials, held in the grounds
of Blair Castle. The event, this year, Thursday to Sunday, August
22-25, has grown to be one of Scotland’s leading equestrian
meetings with riders competing from around the world. CHAS are
again the event’s nominated charity.
CHAS deploy an army of volunteers to collect money from the 28,000 spectators and will hope, in their 10th anniversary year, to exceed previous sums. Last year Ewan McGregor, a dedicated CHAS fund-raiser, went along to lend his

Prize includes free entry to the Bowmore Blair Castle International Horse trials for a family, which includes lunch, parking (free) and a bottle of Bowmore 12-year-old. Ten runners-up will receive a bottle of Bowmore 12-year-old.
