| Exclusion of liability |

D C Thomson will not be liable for any damages, claim or loss whatsoever arising from use or loss of use, data, or profits, whether in action of contract, negligence or other delict action, arising out of or in connection with the use of the site, including, but without limitation to, compensatory, incidental, special, consequential damages, lost profits, lost sales or loss of business. |
